On 12 June, the remains of Korean War veteran Albert H. McBride were laid to rest at the United Nations Memorial Cemetery. Mr. McBride served from February to December 1952 with Lord Strathcona's Horse (Royal Canadians) regiment. He is survived by his wife Isabelle, who attended the ceremony with their grandson Brandon.
