Dear Korean war veterans, Hello! My name is Cho Yoon bee, a sophomore in HAFS. Spring is definitely coming in my home country. The weather is so nice that spring flowers start to bloom and I sweat a little when I take a walk. Usually this is the season to enjoy spring flower festivals, but most people spend the weekend at home. It's because of the coronavirus. The coronavirus is currently raging all over the world. Things have gotten serious, so school starts late and I can't see my friends these days. Being restrained from outside activities and meetings, I have a lot of time to stay at home. We should make sure to wear a mask when we go out and wash our hands when we get home. I was not grateful for the daily life of meeting good people, eating and talking, taking a bus or subway without any worries and feeling the spring breeze without a mask. I miss the time when I welcomed and kindly guided tourists from abroad. Now it's become a burden for both of us to travel and to study abroad. I think the most problematic thing in our country is the mask. The demand for the mask is too high and the supply is too low. So in the country, each person can buy a mask only on a certain day of the week. When I see people lining up in front of the drugstore and buying masks, I feel like things are really serious. Corona Blue is a phenomenon that people are socially depressed because of coronas. It seems to be happening because there are restrictions on outside activities and activities that make you happy, such as hobbies. People lost the freedom to show their faces, feel the cool breeze and breathe air. Since I feel threatened by life, I feel more suspicious of strangers. It seems like the stress of spending time with others inevitably increases, such as when you're in public transportation or in public places. At times like this, I think we should try to solve things rationally and unite emotionally. In this situation, people who want to take care of their own interests, such as the burial of mask stores, and those who volunteer and volunteer and the officials of the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, I think of the veterans. He saved many lives by sacrificing his life during the Korean War. Of course, the Corona incident is not a matter of the country, but of course, it is a global problem, but it is a global problem that can be solved quickly if humanity, such as the spirit of sacrifice of veterans, is based on the development of treatments, vaccine development, proliferation prevention, and treatment support. The coronavirus is said to be the most deadly for the elderly. It is especially dangerous for people with base diseases. That's why my grandparents don't go outside for months, except for daily necessities. I hope all the veterans and their families stay safe and healthy.
