Dutch Veteran's Burial Ceremony

On 12 March, Mr. Wilhelm Cornelis de Buijzer, a veteran of the Korean War from the Netherlands, was laid to rest at the UNMCK. Mr. de Buijzer had expressed his wishes to be interred at the UN Memorial Cemetery in Korea. In attendance for Mr. de Buijzer's burial were members of the Netherlands Veterans Association, The Dutch War Graves Commisison President's delegation, the Ambassador of the Netherlands, the Korean Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs, and Korean veterans of the Korean War.
