On 24 April, it was the UNMCK's honor to welcome Korean War veterans from the Commonwealth nations and their family members, who attended a commemoration ceremony and paid their respects to the fallen.
The Commonwealth Memorial Service is held every year by the Commonwealth nations, who won a great victory in the Battle of Gapyeong between April 23rd and 25th 1951. After the ceremony, the veterans visited the graves of their fallen comrades.
