The delegations from the Republic of Korea Navy and the US Navy visited for a commemorative ceremony. The ROK Navy was represented by RADM Kang Jung-ho, the Commander of the ROK Submarine Force Command; and the US Navy was represented by RADM Christopher Cavanaugh, the Commander of the US Submarie Group 7.
