UNMCK - UNITED NATIONS MEMORIAL CEMETERY IN KOREA

H.E. Mathias Francke, the Ambassdor of Chile to the Republic of Korea, visited our Cemetery to pay respect to the Chilean-French soldier, CPL Abel Isaule. His family watched the ceremony via live-streaming on Zoom.

* CPL Isaule had dual French and Chilean citizenship. When the Korean War broke out, he volunteered to join the French Battalion and was killed in action in Korea.
